I'm a Fertility and Women's Health Specialist with over 8 years of experience working with couples who are struggling to get pregnant, are heading for IVF or have already done many rounds of IVF. I've worked with clients who use donor eggs/donor sperm, who have secondary infertility or unexplained infertility.

I have myself gone through IVF and know how hard it can be, and love to help clients to get to best possible health prior their next treatment to maximize the changes of a healthy pregnancy and a healthy child.

I'm trained in Functional Medicine and use these principles with all my clients.

Approach to Nutritional Therapy & How I Work

Before the consultation I will ask you to complete a health and nutrition questionnaire and return it to me so I can prepare for our appointment. During the first consultation we will work together to create a personalised nutritional program. My safe effective approach uses food, supplements and lifestyle recommendations to help you meet your health goal whether that's alleviating symptoms or managing your weight.

I recognise that you are an individual with your own biological make-up, health story and preferences. Your plan will fit in with your unique needs and routine. I help you achieve step by step changes for realistic, lasting improvements to your feelings of health.

Regular follow up sessions are encouraged to offer support, monitor progress, and adjust the health plan if necessary.
