Approach to Psychotherapy & How I Work

My counselling & psychotherapy style is tailored around your personal needs and experiences having in mind jointly agreed therapeutic goals, aimed at establishing through exploration of past and present circumstances, what lies at the heart of your problems in a non-judgemental and caring way. I practice a Relational form of Transactional Analysis (TA) Psychotherapy which is integrative in so much that it draws upon humanist, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic and cognitive behavioural approaches, which permits me to tailor therapy to your individual requirements.
