Andrea is a Registered Nutritional Therapist (DipNutr, DipHerb, ND) and Metabolic Balance Weight Management practitioner. She provides nutritional consultation services to individuals for health and wellbeing management and corporate services for employee wellbeing. Andrea specialises in supporting and mentoring clients with weight loss coaching, using a number of approaches - Metabolic Balance, ProLon FMD, Intermittent Fasting and LCHF Diet. Your initial consultation will determine which programme is right for you.


She is based in Henley in Arden, Solihull and central Birmingham.

Using a functional medicine approach to assessing an individuals health status, I provide bespoke and individual p[programmes to all clients. Functional medicine looks at the root cause of your illness or dis-ease and using testing methods and analysis, a solution and plan can be drawn up that is bespoke to you and your current health picture.

I work to provide all my clients with a personalised plan based on nutritional and dietary analysis, lifestyle assessment and functional testing to identify system imbalances. As a professional, it is essential that clients understand the process involved and that time is required to provide the body with the best healing opportunities.

Additional Rate Information

Initial Consultation fees are £145 and include an analysis of your pre-Consultation questionnaire, 60mins 1:1 Consultation, a full report with recommendations and advice with supplements and testing if required .
