My Specialisms

Much of my work focuses on pain management as many patients seek acupuncture for chronic pain. This can cover many conditions such as headaches
musical-skeletal problems, digestive issues and many more. I am also interested in neurological conditions, women's health, stress and anxiety reduction and insomnia.

Approach to Acupuncture & How I Work

I like to use a very traditional Chinese approach to acupuncture, taking time to choose an appropriate treatment plan based on holistic principles. I also often suggest dietary and exercise advice based again on Traditional Chinese principles which can help compliment acupuncture and speed up recovery. I always enjoy meeting new people and working with them to improve both physical and emotional health.
