Background & Qualifications

My Specialisms

I am interested in all musculo-skeletal problems from poor posture to aches and pains in daily activities to rehabilitation. The Alexander Technique is well known for its effectiveness for back and neck pain. Feet are a special interest for me which has led me to become interested in hands. Hands lead to arms and shoulders as feet lead to legs and hips, and so it goes! It is all connected. I have taught many musicians, singers, actors, athletes, and many computer operators!

Approach to Therapy & How I Work

The Alexander Technique is not therapy. It is education. You will learn how about your movement patterns, your posture, yourself. You will learn how to choose options that will make best of yourself.
