I have experience of working with clients across a number of presenting issues for example: Abuse (physical, sexual, verbal), Addiction, Anger, Anxiety (General & Social), Aspergers Syndrome, Behavioural Issues, Bereavement, Depression, Eating Problems, Low Self-Esteem, Relationship issues, Sexuality, Work issues, Self Harm, Stress to name but a few.
My philosophy / approach is called Person-Centred & Experiential. This means that my work is tailored to the needs of each client to create a safe, confidential and non-judgmental therapeutic environment in which my clients can explore issues and affect change in their lives.

The fee for an initial mutual assessment session is £50. Sessions paid for by Insurance companies or through any EAP schemes are charged at the rate of £60 per session.
