Feeling lost? Broken? Confused? Without hope? Life not making sense? Need to talk…. Someone to listen?

Restoration Counselling offers a safe, confidential space to talk through your concerns with a trained, professional Counsellor.

A place to heal, rebuild, restore, and become all you were meant to be. I offer short-term Counselling & longer-term, in-depth Psychotherapy for issues including: Abuse, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Despair, Difficulties after Abortion, Divorce, Grief, Low Self-Confidence, Low Self-Esteem, Loneliness, Loss, Miscarriage, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Relationship problems, Sadness, Separation, Stillbirth, Stress, Trauma.

I trained as an Integrative Counsellor. I believe each person is unique, with differing thoughts, feelings and responses. I use a model of counselling called Gestalt therapy. This considers the whole person - mind, body, spirit and emotion. I also integrate approaches and methods from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Counselling, Body Process, Transpersonal and Inner Child. My work includes a range of creative counselling tools if desired.
