A simple and effective technique that you can do very easily to help relieve stress & anxiety

Day to day life is full of much more stress than ever before. Just think of your average newspaper - it contains more information than medieval man would have come across in a lifetime! And we read it on a daily basis plus all the emails, facebook updates and much much more as well as fitting in work! Stress is good for us, it gets us motivated and when we are well, helps us focus and concentrate. Too much though and it becomes harmful to us, placing us constantly on amber or red alert, so we never get time to recuperate before the next issue comes along.

This is when seemingly minor things take on much more importance and create more anxiety than they should. Here is where this easy and effective technique fits in.

It takes 2 or 3 minutes and you can use it for all sorts of situations - feeling overwhelmed, stressful situations at work, deadlines, people just getting on your nerves, not able to concentrate, when you can't sleep, stress headaches, exams, not having enough time, anything that makes you feel anxious, anxiety itself even if you're not sure why, the possibilities are endless, why not give it a try?
