I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space for you to feel heard and welcomed as you are. We can talk if that is most comfortable to you, but I also offer Arts Psychotherapy using a number of different art forms to connect with your intuition and inner resources. You do not need to have any experience with or be "good" at art. We can use arts and the imagination as self-discovery and communication tools and I will guide you.
I recognise that choosing to start therapy can feel like an unknown and unnerving process. I offer a lower cost initial consultation so you can get a feel for me and how we might work together. I invite you to come and recover yourself and your innate creativity.
