I trained in the Yoga of Krishnamacharya, which is a tradition that specialises in Yoga Therapy and working with individuals. In 2014 I had the opportunity to train as an Ayurveda Therapist. Ayurveda sits comfortably alongside Yoga as it provides a tried and tested vehicle for improving health, vitality and wellbeing and I love being able to share this 21st century western approach that is firmly rooted in traditional eastern wisdom and principles of practice. I passionately believe that the combination of Yoga and Ayurveda has
something to offer anybody that has a commitment to change.
(Either together or separately)
I will see you for an initial session where I take your medical history, and generally find out exactly where our starting point will be. What are you able to do at this point? What is going to be a really positive initial step for you? You will go away from this first session with a simple, daily exercise to get you used to a daily discipline and to set you on your way to great health.
