Born and brought up in an Ayurvedic family in India, my spirituality has always been nurtured well. I am working with women in transition to create complete health--- When you have a healthy body, positive mind, and happy soul.
After graduation in Biomedical science and an Ayurveda, I worked in an Obstetric and Gynaecology hospital in India for 5 years. During the time I assisted more than 1000 women for birth.Coming to England in 2000, I also trained as Gentle birth method Practitioner and BirthBliss Doula. I am also NLP practitioner, a certified Master Coach.

Approach to Ayurveda & How I Work

First Visit-90 min.
I work in a holistic way taking care of the body, mind, and Soul. I send you consultation form and Ask to fill in the form by email, at least 24hrs before you arrive. On arrival for consultation, I examine your tongue and your pulse. We also do discuss your daily routine so I can find out the real cause of the problem.
We work together to create Diet and treatment plan. next 30 min. are spent on the treatment needed at the time.

Follow up - 60 min
