Hi I'm Alun and I love helping people take greater care of their mental and emotional wellbeing and be more kind and caring to themselves. I have over 20 years' experience of supporting and helping people change their life - it's a real passion of mine.

I have personally overcome severe depression and recovered from a neglected and abusive childhood. I understand what it's like to suffer from trauma and how debilitating it can feel. CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), EFT (emotional freedom technique), coaching, and energy healing have been such an integral part of my own recovery and I know how powerful and useful they can be to help people to heal themselves and change their life. No matter how dark things may seem at times, there really is light at the end of the tunnel, and if I can help you gently ease your way out of the tunnel then please contact me and we can see what would assist you most with your own recovery and life journey.

I have been working in the field of coaching, training, and personal development since 1992, setting up my own business in 2002 to be a self-employed coach and therapist.

Approach to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & How I Work

I work in a very relaxed way and allow people the space to explore and change in their own time. There is no pressure or judgement from me about what you should change, how you should change it, or by when. I understand how difficult change and healing can be, especially if you've been carrying around trauma and lack of self confidence for much of your life. We will work together in a safe space that provides the support you require to eliminate limitations and to open the path to creating the life you would like. I will help you become less fearful, more calm and confident, and more trusting in you. Imagine the freedom to choose what you would like to experience in life and feeling empowered to make it happen.

Everyone has different needs, and will be seeking a new or different direction. Together we will explore possibilities, in ways that work for YOU, traveling down the path together as you begin healing and creating your life much more the way you would like it to be. Additional Rate Information

EFT - You can also purchase a package of 3 x 30-minute sessions for £200 or package of 5 for £300! CBT - I currently offer package deals where you pay in advance for a number of sessions to make things more affordable for you: 1 x 50-minute session is £45 3 x 50minute sessions is £120 (Saves £15) 6 x 50-minute session is £250 (Saves £20)
