Approach to Therapy & How I Work

I work collaborately with the client and help them formulate a suitable treatment plan. We will review progress frequently and I will ensure clients are working towards their therapy goals. I will set homework after each session and review this homework thoroughly once it has been completed and give feedback.
I can accompany clients during behavioural experiments and can offer support outside the office or conduct home visits if needed (this is subject to availability)
I can see clients weekly, fortnightly or monthly and can offer 30 minute sessions towards the end of therapy if required. I can also offer skype, phone and email therapy if more convenient.
