Nursac Durmus
Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in Rayleigh

Hello and thank you for viewing my profile. I am an experienced and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with experience in both NHS and private practice. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) explores the link between what you do, what you think and how you feel.

Unfortunately, life presents us with difficulties and usually we are able to cope well on our own with these situations. There are occasions, when for whatever reason, we need help from someone else, which is usually a friend, colleague or family member. Sometimes, however, you might find you have no one to turn to or talking to a friend or loved one seems too difficult, painful or just too complicated. I will work together with you to find the best way forward and to help you find the best solutions to your problems.
