More about me:
As well as my own private practice, I work for Bradford Bereavement Support and also Bradford University's Counselling Service
I attend regular clinical supervision for my work and attend training sessions on a regular basis on a variety of counselling topics
My approach is relational which means I work within our counselling relationship collaboratively to help you find the right way forward for you.
It is hoped that this therapeutic environment will enable you to reflect on current issues that are troubling or concerning you in order to promote psychological wellbeing.
There will be regular opportunities to review your progress together and discuss when feels right for you to end your counselling. You can always return at a later date if you wish.
We can work together on short term or long term basis, whatever feels right for you.
I am happy to speak to you via telephone, e mail or in person before you decide if you would like to make an appointment to come and see me.
An initial 20 minute consultation as above is free of charge and allows us both to decide whether we can work together.
