Approach to Therapy & How I Work

My approach to therapy is integrative including psychosynthesis, systemic, psychodynamic, CBT and mindfulness. I offer respectful, confidential and non judgemental space and I work to the Ethical Principles and Code of Professional Conduct of the UKCP.

People who seek therapy need support and guidance to attend to emotional distress that can relate to work, personal relationships, depression and anxiety, dealing with loss and anger or feeling dissatisfaction with life direction and unhelpful patterns limiting the life they want to live.

Being an experienced therapist, my aim is to support clients working through past trauma and current difficulties as well as to respond to a deeper search for meaning, direction in life and a sense of purpose. In this context, the difficulty can become an opportunity for inner exploration that enables to access inner strength and potential, and for developing a new and more fulfilling ways of living

Therapy is about self knowledge and finding a way forward to create a positive change and improve relationships through finding the inner resources. During first meeting, we will explore what is bringing you to therapy and identify what you would like to work with. We would then arrange regular sessions time.
