Approach to Therapy & How I Work

I offer an initial 50 minute consultation session in order to discuss your reasons for thinking about psychotherapy. We may agree to meet a second time in order to continue this exploration. Once we agree to work together I usually offer weekly 50 minute sessions, however, I can see people twice or three times per week when necessary. I work short and long term.
