For nearly forty years I have worked with individuals experiencing psychological distress. Approach to Therapy & How I Work

I trained as a psychodynamic counsellor but my model of therapy is also influenced by my varied experiences as a psychiatric nurse and as a manager with respect to occupational/ work-related issues.

Given Covid-19 and the restrictions this poses I offer sessions remotely at present via Skype and also by telephone. (April 2020 - present)
