Systemic Constellations: I draw on this when working with individuals
loss or bereavement
loss of direction
feelings of isolation
unresolved childhood difficulties, including abuse
I am a Humanistic integrative psychotherapist which means that I draw on a range of modalities
derived from two major theoretical approaches, the humanistic and psychoanalytic.
From the Humanistic I work with a deep belief that we all have the potential to live meaningful
and creative lives. I work with an awareness of mind, body and spirit and a belief that each one
us has the ability to develop and change throughout our lives.
From the Psychoanalytic, I work with an understanding of childhood development. I hold an awareness
of patterns which may have developed in childhood and which may be adversely affecting you in the present.
Central to my work is a belief that by working in relationship we can explore whatever issues you bring to each
In our work together we might also draw on the creative arts, working with images and visualisations and also with
dreams, with meditation and with mindful awareness.
