Cranio-Sacral therapy involves very light touch through clothes on various places of the body, such as the feet, cranium (head), sacrum (tailbone), abdomen, heart centre. Typically clients lie down on a therapy couch or sit if more comfortable. Children are able to choose whether to lie, sit, sit on a parents knee and are welcome to read, listen to a CD or be read a story. A case consultation is taken in the first meeting and the number of sessions will depend on many factors and this will be discussed and then reviewed.
