My name is Noreen, I believe that your 'health is your wealth' and that massage and complementary therapies, which have been used all over the world for thousands of years, are one of the most natural ways of keeping the body and mind healthy and free of stress.

I am a qualified Craniosacral Therapist, Sports Massage Therapist and Reiki Master. I believe that my chosen therapies have powerful abilities to help repair, renew, relax and re-balance the mind and body.

My breadth of experience allows me to offer a multi-therapy approach and my clients are able to benefit from a variety of techniques that are combined to suit their individual needs. My passion for working with healing techniques means that I am continually expanding my skills with ongoing study.

I attract clients with a variety of conditions including; migraines, headaches, back and joint pain or long standing physical and physiological problems like depression, stress, anxiety and fatigue, as well as regular treatments for ongoing support in their busy life.

Background & Qualifications

I initially qualified as a Holistic Massage therapist in 2007 with Essentials for Health School of Massage. My professionalism, passion and commitment led to me becoming a tutor with the school until 2014. During this time, I also volunteered for a year at the UCH hospital in London, offering massage treatments once a week to patients. In 2012 I qualified as a Sports Massage and treatments therapist (BTEC Level 5) and in 2016 I qualified as a Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist (B.C.S.T.) with the Craniosacral Educational Trust.

I have had a private home practice since 2007, I also work from the Mahadevi Yoga Centre in North London, offering a combination of craniosacral therapy and massage to children and adults with special educational needs and physical disabilities.

I have qualified in many children's therapies including Massage in Schools Programme, Youth Mindfulness Programme, Baby Massage and Baby Yoga.

I have been fortunate to work with my therapies in many different settings including the Corporate Sector, Schools, NHS (hospital and care home) and local Community Family Centres.

My Specialisms

I specialise in Craniosacral therapy, which is a gentle and non-invasive way of working with the body, yet an extremely powerful and profound form of treatment. As a result, it is suitable for all ages, including children, babies and the elderly. The main principle of craniosacral therapy is to assist the body's own natural healing forces, and therefore it can be applied to any condition, from acute or chronic symptoms to simply maintaining an already good level of health. It works by boosting whatever underlying vitality is already available and encourages the system to self-correct and release any patterns of imbalance, disease and disturbance.

I offer both Holistic and Sports Massage therapy. Holistic massage is a relaxing treatment, which releases tension from the body and boosts the immune system. Sports Massage therapy is generally used to target specific areas of pain and or discomfort and to address deeper levels of tension, using techniques such as deep tissue massage, soft tissue release and myofascial release.
