Approach to Therapy & How I Work

I offer an initial assesment with clients over the phone where they can tell me about their problems and discuss the most suitable approach.

Everybody is different, some people can achieve great changes after 1 session, some people need more depending on how deep the issue is or if other issues come to the surface during the session.
