I've been in private practice for over 20 years starting on my route of personal development in 1994.
As a Transformational Catalyst I assist clients to overcome difficult challenges and who are looking for holistic and practical solutions to create a balanced and creative life.

As a Psychotherapist (M.A.), Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Metaphysical Practitioner and Energy Psychology Practitioner, I draw on an holistic approach in working with my clients.
My aim to help you address challenging situations that throw you off kilter and find the resources within you to address this and bring you back into balance in life by teaching you skills in which you can access an infinite amount of resources. I see a variety of clients for different situations such as career change, mental health and well being, physical conditions such as MS, and each client has a tailor made plan drawn up for their specific issue(s).

Integrative and Holistic bringing a Mind/Body/Soul approach with cutting edge psychology & mindset approaches towards leading a balanced life. Helping you find and tap into your creative wisdom to give you practical solutions to the problems you may currently be facing. All sessions are confidential and I abide with ethical standards from all governing bodies with regards to professional practice.
I am passionate about wellbeing teaching clients self empowerment to take charge of their life in a positive manner, and every single therapy I practice I have not just trained in but have used extensively in my practice for my own development and to that of my clients for 20 years.
In the past I have run and initiated low cost Mind/Body/Soul clinics wellbeing counselling clinics with a Retired GP and Church Ministry
Volunteered as a Holistic Therapist for South East Cancer Help Services (Purley)
Volunteered as Youth and Community Worker in Croydon for the Purley Youth Project
I currently run mindfulness and self awareness courses as a Licenced MSEC Facilitator
and also run Personal and Spiritual Development Workshops in London regularly

Additional Rate Information
Please note my rates are for Integrative Therapy (Psychotherapy/Counselling and Hypnotherapy approaches) whether ONLINE or Face to Face start at £75 for 1st session and then are £65.00 for second and subsequent treatment set for 1 hour. There are package rates available All my services are also offered ONLINE apart from Reflexology and in person healing sessions - I am London [UK] based. Concessionary rates are offered for Integrative Services of Counselling/Hypnotherapy/Healing for those on low income and unemployed subject to review.
