I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist and Master NLP Practitioner. I am also qualified in and use Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and NES Health Energetic Medicine (with a hi-tech energetic scanning device and profiling programme) within my practice. I see clients on a one to one basis as well as running skills workshops with other multi-skilled Therapists for the public, or within Educational or Corporate Establishments.

I have undertaken specialist training in hypnosis for fertility and I have joined forces with an Osteopath, an Energetic Medicine Practitioner and a Nutritionist to help optimise a couple's chances of conceiving. I also have specific training in Hypnosis for birth and work with couples or groups to teach them skills to help facilitate a positive birth experience.

I have also recently undertaken training for supporting women and men who are experiencing issues with Post Natal Mental Health. This can be a tricky time for both men and women for a variety of reasons and support at this vulnerable time can be so important and beneficial for those who need it.

I also have trained with www.NLP4kids.org and as such, I am able to work with children and teenagers to help eliminate trauma, phobias, anxiety and fears or negative feelings of any kind replacing them with positive ones.

As such, I offer a no obligation, free initial telephone consultation to discuss client requirements and to give you the opportunity to choose whether you would like to work with me.

Upon booking a session, the duration of the first session will be 1 & 1/2 to 2 hours and is completely tailor made to each client's requirement. Subsequent sessions will be one hour and an average number of sessions is between 3 and 5.
