By using Havening, a psychosensory method, Fran is able to gently de-link encoded traumas of the past for individuals, which stops the effects, issues, symptoms from continuing to take over the present and helps individuals lead a more positive and healthier future life.

Fran also offers Life Coaching sessions which assist individuals moving forward with a particular area/or areas of their lives such as relationships, work/career, personal development, goal setting.
