Iona is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Medical Herbalist, Reiki Practitioner, and Yoga Teacher. She is the founder of Within Without UK, which offers Ayurvedic & Herbal Health consultations as well as classical Ayurvedic healing treatments, including Marma Point Massage and traditional Reiki energy healing.

Background & Qualifications

Ayurvedic training under Dr. David Frawley, Myra Lewin, Dr. Neel Venugopal, and Dr. Ramanandan. I am an E-RYT 200hr certified Hatha Yoga Teacher and Reiki practitioner under Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing, Usui Shiki Ryoho. I have studied Western herbal medicine under Anne McIntyre & Nikki Darrel at The Plant Medicine School.
