This may then be used along with either , Homeopathy, Neuro Lymphatic Massage, Reflexology or Spinal Touch (the gentle alternative to the 'snap, crackle and pop' of some other forms of manipulation!)

I have helped people with a range of chronic conditions including: Acne, Adrenal Fatigue, Arthritis, Asthma, Back problems, Constipation,Crohn's, Digestive disorders, Eczema, IBS, Intolerances, Menopausal problems, PMS, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sleep problems, Stress, Thyroid issues etc; to improve by helping them re-establish a more optimal homeostasis.

As well as being a Registered Kinesiologist, I also am a qualified Homeopath, Spinal Touch therapist, Su Jok Korean Acupuncturist and a Reflexologist. My strengths lie in (i) treating people holistically but from a very science based background, (ii) being very thorough, and this includes (iii educating and motivating people to make the needed changes for improved health.

All patients are given supporting materials which explain the rationale and what they need to do for positive change.

Approach to Therapy & How I Work

Summary of my treatment approach :This approach is aimed at treating ‘people' rather than diseases / conditions, nor indeed simply suppressing their symptoms.
and is based on the fact that one's symptoms are actually an indication of our system being out of balance.

So when we have symptoms, we are out of balance in one or more ways, not only in terms of our bio-chemistry, but also in terms of our lives. This is true of any symptoms. In other words these symptoms do not just start for no reason. Contributory factors include diet, lifestyle and worry/stress, or even structural factors to name a few.

My role is
(i) to do a detailed case analysis (including homeopathic case analysis) and
(ii) Kinesiology testing to look at which aspects of your system are out of balance and to identify causative contributory / trigger factors, which have caused your system to become imbalanced and then
(iii) to recommend appropriate changes needed to re-establish homeostasis (balance).
(iv) where indicated, do a treatment.

This should then reduce and then normalize the tendency to over reacting (as evidenced by reduction and then elimination of the symptoms) and improved health in general terms.

Your role
To implement the recommended dietary and (any) lifestyle changes and take any recommended supplements / Homeopathic remedies. In other words

I use a truly holistic approach, which is more than merely suppressing symptoms; indeed one which empowers the person in terms of implementing further health improvements.

I have over 27 years experience helping people with Complementary Medicine, including using Kinesiology, Homeopathy, Spinal Touch, Reflexology, and Acupuncture / Acupressure.
I have also lectured in natural Medicine over many years, teaching practitioners Anatomy & Physiology, Pathophysiology, Nutrition, Reflexology and Kinesiology.
