Approach to Therapy & How I Work

I consider it important to understand each client in terms of their frames of reference, style of thinking, experiences, resources and motivations. Every person I talk to is different and every session is different, tailored to the clients individual needs. I utilize indirect hypnotherapy enabling the client to find their own answers rather than trying to impose my ideas upon them, as well as cbt, nlp, counselling and other techniques.
