My work has a focus on bringing in the spiritual side of life to enable healing and empowerment in all my clients. Spirit guides, intition and inner wisdom are all available to help guide and empower us.
Unfortunately this advise is often over-ridden by fear, guilt, shame or anxiety which holds back the healing.
I use many non-talking therapeutic techniques to release those heavy emotions from the body, heart and mind. Releasing the negative, and locking in new positive behaviour and thought patterns into the brain.
