Massage Therapist in London

Ever since I was a child I have always been fascinated by nature's great miracle - the human body. My parents died when I was young. They both suffered from serious illnesses and having to watch their suffering without being able to help them had a great impact on me. I really wanted to help ease their pain and had many questions about how the human body functions and also about the mind. This started me on my journey to explore the relationship between body and mind. I wondered whether it could be only a coincidence that some of us live healthy and happy lives while so many others live their life in pain and struggle to find peace within themselves. I began to investigate traditional therapies which have been used to great effect since ancient times, although they have been increasingly sidelined over past 150 years as western scientific approaches to medicine have dominated.

When working with clients, I always take time to pay attention and be aware of what their body and mind are telling me. I talk to them in detail, observe their posture, actions and behaviour and consider this information alongside the findings of physical examination. Over the past 7 years I have treated thousands of people and have come to realise that it is never enough to deal only with physical symptoms. The therapeutic touch has to be done in a way that takes effect at deeper levels and this is what makes the healing process lasting and permanent. I am incredibly lucky to be able to do what I love every day. My motivation to help people live without pain and be healthier and happier in their lives is what keeps me going.

Please do not hesitate get in contact with me if you want to make an appointment or have any further questions. I look forward to hearing from you!

Kalman Sipkovszky, Sports - Remedial Massage & Manual Therapist, member of the Federation Of Holistic Therapists

Background & Qualifications

I started my professional healthcare studies at the National Institute of Medical Vocational Education in Budapest. In 2009 I qualified as a medical and sports massage therapist. In 2012 I qualified as an Integrative Manual Osteotherapist which gave me new skills to treat locomotor disorders and internal organ related diseases. In 2013 I also qualified in Craniotherapy (therapy that releases blocks in the skull bones) which improved my ability to treat nervous and endocrine system related diseases. I have continued to investigate many traditional massage therapies and manual treatments and have also undertaken courses in the use of Kinesio Tape and Vacuum Therapy.

I am a member of the FHT (Federation Of Holistic Therapists) and I do a 5 years master course at the British School Of Osteopathy.

With 7 years of experience in the field of massage and physical therapy I have gained considerable expertise in the treatment options for muscle and joint pain release and I also evolved a special approach whereby I can maximise your relaxation and recreation.
