Background & Meditation Qualifications

I am a Qualified Usui Reiki Master Teacher Practitioner. I teach Reiki in a relaxed setting to small groups or one to one sessions.
Level 1 teaches you the principles and responsibilities of Reiki and attunes you to the energy. This is taught primarily for treating yourself and also friends and family (even pets!) there is a time frame of 3 months before moving to Level 2.
Level 2 is the Practitioner Level and also teaches you the ancient Japanese symbols. These symbols are used for absentee healing. There is a time frame of 6 months before moving on to Reiki Master.
Master Reiki Practitioner. This level Is purely for those seeking to work on self development
I am a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner supporting people with Natural Bach Flower Therapies.
I also carry out Sound Healing/ chakra clearing/ re-aligning with tuning fork therapy.

My Specialisms

I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist specialising in Past Life Regressions. These sessions are a great way to bring about healing or enjoyable for the curious.

Approach to Meditation & How I Work

I enjoy working with people. I have worked in a customer focussed industry for 36 years. I love teaching small groups as you can really get to know people. Once you have completed any Reiki course with me, I am there for ongoing support and guidance. I also run Reiki Tools courses and Reiki shares.
Reiki shares are fantastic..... It's a chance for all of my students to get together. It's a great way for Practitioners to receive a Reiki treatment.

Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy- first appointment is £95 subsequent sessions £75 Hypnotherapy-first time appointment is £95 follow up appointments; £75. Session blocks £340 ( £68 per session)
