Approach to Therapy & How I Work

The length of therapy (number of sessions) is dependent on a variety of factors, so I tend to maintain a flexible approach to therapy duration. Integrative Psychotherapy is a goal-directed therapy and works best when there is a clear therapy goal identified during a detailed assessment.

I also offer skype sessions.

Initially, I offer clients a Telephone Consultation and Assessment to discuss what is disturbing them and what they would like to achieve. It allows clients to make an informed decision about the type of therapy they may find more suitable and supportive for their requirements. A highly personalised approach in a comfortable environment is then tailored to each client to help attain the personal growth they are striving for.
