Lisa Barry

I am a single mother of three adult children so have much experience of all the challenges and demands of raising young children! My awakening on my motherhood journey took me to a new level 16 years ago when my youngest son aged 9 became paralysed from a car accident. This took me on a big awakening journey through the eyes of my soul and through healing from energy psychology I trained in all the therapies I now use in my practice having experienced how they have helped me and changed my life and my children's from the huge trauma we experienced. I have also got expansive knowledge of how siblings are affected when trauma happens within a family having seen and supported my other two children through it.

I love being in nature walking and riding my bike and with my family, friends and my dog Lily and live a fun, happy, love filled life with the reassurance of all the knowledge and understanding I have which allows me to navigate my life through the perspective of light, energy, colour and my Soul!

I support and guide mothers anywhere they find themselves on their awakening journey through motherhood with love, compassion and wisdom from my own experiences on my own journey of motherhood. My approach is very much from the Soul's perspective and higher self looking at what our experiences have come here to teach us and grow from. When we can see our challenges and blocks from that perspective it helps us to navigate through with greater ease and understanding that we have all we need within us to transform and live a happy and healthy life and to believe that it is possible!

Using the mind/body connection and energy psychology with many different therapies I support with a gentle and caring approach. Supporting at the beginning of the fertility journey, pregnancy, traumatic births, early motherhood, behavioural issues, disability, lack or loss of mobility due to illness or injury, stress and anxiety with teenageers, divorce, separation, self harm, eating disorders., challenging grandmother roles.

Approach to Therapy & How I Work

Free 30 minute consultation to gain some background information and see if we feel it is right for us to work together.

I offer 60 or 90 minute sessions on zoom or in person. I can use each therapy individually per session if preferred or a blend of many that feels right in the flow of the session. It is up to you how many sessions you feel you would like.

I work very much on how you are feeling in the present moment on all levels with what is presenting on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level and allow the energy to guide us to where we need to go to find the root cause of the issue and beliefs in your subconscious patterning. Using a blend of Colour Therapy, EFT, Matrix, Light Matrix, Heal Your Birth and meditations.
