I have also undertaken a host of extra training and will add a fuller list soon, but it adds up to around 100 courses, workshops, seminars, conferences and webinars ona very wide range complete A to Z of issues including: abuse, addiction of all types, anxiety, bullying, depression, dissociation, eating disorders, harassment, personality disorders, PTSD, trauma and much more.
I was a volunteer for many years in a range of organisations helping people with problems.
I originally read psychology and sociology with statistics for social scientist at university from the age of 18 and this was followed by a substantial career in regional and national journalism, broadcasting and newspaper and journal reporting and editing as well as strategic and creative operational public relations and media and presentations skills leading and tutoring.
I have been a a BBC staff reporter, producer, editor and presenter, managing director a=of a news and public relations and media agency I built form scratch, and journal editor and national public relations officer of a specialist government funded organisation working to help children and young people facing prejudice, discrimination, oppression and disadvantage in education.

Sessions can vary in length depending on your needs, up to three hours with comfort breaks. If you want to start off with a short session to check you feel comfortable with me then we can discuss agreeing on a suitable timing. Couple sessions can be from 50 minutes upwards but at least 80 minutes is recommended. I also treat those at risk of or who are already sex offenders at a rate of £75 when via phone or online per 50 minutes. If you are in financial difficulties then we can discuss the possibility of a reduced rate.
