Elizabeth has a passion for the effects of nutrition on health, through many years experience of seeing clients with wide ranging health problems. These may be hormonal and often stem from imbalances in vital nutrients, often over several years. Symptoms are equally wide ranging, ME chronic fatigue and digestive imbalances.
Using scientific laboratory testing, including food intolerances and allergy testing, complete digestive analysis, pH balance, hair mineral analysis, blood tests, urine tests, to find the root cause of your symptoms.

Elizabeth's degree includes herbal medicine and health sciences at the University of East London, followed by a diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Natural Nutrition in Bristol.

My Specialisms

A full consultation takes one hour. Laboratory tests offered include an IgG antibody blood test for food intolerances, providing results at the consultation, blood tests for vitamin D, magnesium, calcium, iron, thyroid imbalances. Hair mineral analysis including toxic heavy metals is also available at the consultation. Stool testing for with a laboratory for SIBO and other digestive imbalances and gut flora analysis is also offered.

Gut related, chronic fatigue, hormonal, food intolerances and nutrient imbalances are a main speciality.

Approach to Therapy & How I Work

A health questionnaire including a to day food diary is sent to complete before the consultation. Complete dietary recommendation, including supplement prescription and recipes are provided at the end of the consultation. Follow up appointments take half an hour. All by video link or telephone.

Additional Rate Information

The rate includes a full one hour consultation on Zoom or telephone. Complete dietary and supplement recommendations are sent through your portal on the Practice Better secure connection, at the end of the the consultation. Your test results are also accessible through your personal portal link. Dietary imbalances , vitamins and minerals, pH levels, digestive gut flora imbalances that may be contributing to symptoms are identified, a wide range of specific laboratory tests may be recommended, prices given at the consultation. Tests include blood tests, saliva, urine and hair mineral analysis, sent direct to you from the lab. Complete digestive status and colonisation stool tests - all laboratory test kits are sent direct to the client. Vitamin and mineral imbalances, toxic metals, essential fatty acids, all symptoms are assessed. Naturopathic techniques may be recommended and a whole person assessment and holistic approach is included. Emails and phone call questions after the consultation are included.
