Lynne Russell

NLP Practitioner in Lewes

I am a qualified professional homeopath, life and business coach, NLP and hypnotherapy practitioner. As an experienced full-time practitioner, I offer clinic appointments in Lewes in East Sussex and also via Skype. I work with a wide range of people, both men and women, and particularly enjoy working with people at times of transition in their lives. Whether it is around changes in your health, work, relationships, new projects, or a life stage such as menopause, these times can bring challenges but also opportunities.

Having drawn together a range of therapeutic tools over the years, my aim is to understand the person I am working with, and to individually tailor my approach to suit. I offer free mini-appointments at clinic or via Skype so you can see if my approach might be right for you.

Background & Qualifications

Prior to my natural health training, I worked in health food retail management and the pharmaceutical industry. Then in 1998, prompted by improvements in my own health, I embarked upon my training to become a homeopath. As my practice evolved, I undertook further training in NLP, Coaching and Hypnotherapy to enable me to offer more to the people I work with. I also undertake regular professional supervision and continuing professional development as part of my on-going training and commitment to professional practice.

My Specialisms

As a natural health practitioner, I have been offering information and support to women at menopause for over 17 years. It is an area that I am passionate about, and I aim to share genuinely useful and empowering information that can make a difference to how a woman experiences her menopause physically, emotionally and as a potentially positive life stage.

I offer workshops, write blogs and have written a handbook about menopause. You can find out more by visiting my website or contacting me directly.

Approach to Therapy & How I Work

My work is all about you. Getting an understanding of what it is like to be you! Then we can create a plan to work together, drawing upon my range of therapies as we both feel would be helpful and supportive for you.

Generally, the first appointment is longer, around 90 minutes, with follow-up sessions being one hour. I offer a free of charge mini-appointment so that we can meet and both see if I may be of help. Please do have a look at my website and contact me with any queries - thank you.
