Penelope Anne Rose Bould
NLP Practitioner in Warwick

Appeared on BBC TV and radio and in other media as an expert on mental well-being and relationships. Seeking solutions? Perhaps you have an idea of what has caused issues in your mental being and or relationship and or behaviours, or maybe it's a puzzle?

I work with adults, couples, children, young people, families and organisations. I am also a multi-addictions and psychosexual therapist and clinical supervisor of other therapists and psychologists.

A friendly soul with a can-do practical attitude, I can provide you with the benefits of having undertaken a really unusually broad range of training in mental health and wellbeing.
I have attended over 290 (yes two hundred and ninety) courses, conferences, workshops and webinars. I graduated in counselling in 2002 but also read psychology at two universities before completing that qualification .

A former member of the University of Warwick Medical School Advisory Board and experienced university guest lecturer and course designer and leader, I am
ex NHS. I am a CBT, person centred, NLP and integrative therapist with a large toolbox of techniques to identify and respond to an entire A to Z of challenges, problems, mental health conditions and issues.

The good news is that with a warm-hearted, experienced, mature extensively trained professional therapist wonderful change is possible.

I offer you the benefits of special techniques, some used in sessions and some which you can also take away and use in your daily life, especially because I have undertaken an unusually wide range of extra learning. A professionally tested and registered therapist, I am a member of ten professional bodies.

I have been educated at several universities, colleges and training centres and attended over 290 courses, workshops, seminars and conferences.

If you need me to write a report for any purpose, such as a university panel or court case, where appropriate I can produce a report regarding an assessment and treatment.

I have written reports for a number of court cases, including those for defendants about to be sentenced.

Winner of the European Commission Breaking Barriers Award UK Certificate.
