I help people fix their relationship with food and eat the ‘right' things for them. That's the ‘nutritional therapy' part.

I help my clients put my advice into practice in their own lives - without deprivation or following punishing regimes featuring foods you'e never heard of and can't get from regular supermarkets. I'll listen to your complete health story right from when you were little because it's all part of who you are today. I'll explain things simply, allowing you to ask all the questions you need to in order to understand your programme. I promise never to judge you and will give you a programme that's easy to follow because I realise that everyone likes to make changes at their own pace.
Your first consultation will last up to 90 minutes. You will complete and send back a nutritional therapy questionnaire before you visit. During the session, we'll go into your medical history, your health goals and any other challenges you're facing, what you generally eat, what you like to eat, what you hate to eat and how you have to eat (on the bus, in a rush at your desk, and so on). There's no judgement and anything you share with me is kept in confidence.
My nutritional therapy + coaching packages are usually sold in programmes that run over 10-12 weeks. This is because it is rarely helpful for anyone to leave without the knowledge that they have at least 3 sessions in place to help them implement the programme, make changes at a pace that suits them, and to deal with any challenges or questions that come up along the way.

Everybody is different. We are not only unique biochemically, our personal circumstances and lifestyle choices are diverse, too, which is why no one diet fits all and no one nutrition package suits everyone. After your initial consultation, I will create a personalised nutrition and coaching package just for you based on your health concerns, how you live your life, the kind of person you are and the level of support you are likely to need in order to reach your health goals. Most packages last 8 to 12 weeks and include the following elements: Consultations over Zoom An in-depth health and lifestyle assessment - with consideration of your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, genetic influences and stress levels Food diary analysis Health and weight loss goal setting. A health overview to create an understanding of the contributing factors of your health issues to help you realise how to manage them A personalised nutrition and supplement plan Current medication and nutrients interaction evaluation (when applicable) Recommended clinical testing (where necessary) to help uncover underlying imbalances.
