"To say I was a high maintenance client would be an understatement! Not only do I have Coeliacs Disease, I am a terribly lazy cook and to top it all I had just begun chemotherapy when I first met with Lucy. Her knowledge and understanding of exactly what my body was going through helped me enormously. She has turned my once atrocious diet completely around and helped me with my relaxation and sleep. She has been a very important part of my road to recovery."

"I heard of Lucy Peel through a friend and as there was an offer of a free initial consultation I went along. Having long standing problems with insomnia, irritable bowel, arthritis and generally getting passed my sell by date,I approached Naturopathy with a good deal of scepticism. I was met by a joyous young woman who, over a period of several months, carefully explained what was her approach and gave me each month a list of changes to my diet and lifestyle. Unbelievably, to me anyway, I now regularly sleep as a normal person does, have eradicated chronic bowel problems and feel so much better in so many ways that are too long to list. If you are thinking of who to choose or naturopathy in general, I couldn't reccomend Lucy more. It probably sounds a bit gushing but she really has changed my life in terms of health and well being."

"I visited Lucy for the first time at the beginning of February as I had put on a considerable amount of weight and I was feeling generally unwell and unhealthy.
After a thorough consultation Lucy advised a change of Diet, daily dry body brushing and regular brisk walks. The new regime and diet was easy to follow and now nearly six months later I have lost two and a half stone, feel well, have more energy and people comment on how amazing I look.
Lucy is very passionate about the well being of her clients and without her guidance I would not have achieved this transformation."

"I have seen Lucy 3 times in 3 months and she's made a real difference to my health and understanding, and I feel so much better now.
Lucy has been thorough, efficient, and got through alot each time we met. She was also great in our initial meeting in picking up on things I may need from other sources and encouraged me to to explore other specialist services which have been great.
I feel I really know what I'm doing to support my health long term and why it's needed."
