Liz Pegg

Osteopath in Brighton

Hello, my name is Liz Pegg and I am an Osteopath, Naturopath & Reflexologist with over 24 years experience. My practice is family friendly.
I treat all ages, including babies and children. I run a Mother and Baby clinic, & treat women throughout pregnancy. Using a combination of gentle cranial and structural osteopathy, I aim to get to the root of the problem, rather than just treating symptoms. It is important that people can lead active fulfilled lives at all ages, so I especially enjoy treating people over 65 as it is wonderful to see the benefit of osteopathy in this age group.

My generous appointment times ( 1 hour initial consultation/ 45 mins follow up) mean I can really listen to you, and tailor the treatment accordingly. My combination of therapies work well together, and I also offer nutritional advice. Evening, Saturday and weekday sessions are available to fit in with busy schedules.

My clinic is at 12, Buxton Road. Brighton. BN1 5DE

My Specialisms

I regard myself as a "family" osteopath and naturopath, treating all ages. I like to use a holistic approach, and have a particular interest in female health, the older years, and paediatrics.

Approach to Therapy & How I Work

I became interested in complementary medicine whilst travelling in Australia, New Zealand and Vanuatu in the 1980s. On my return to the UK I started the 4 year full time course at the BCNO, to become an osteopath and naturopath. The Naturopathic component is very important to the way I work, as no health problem exists in isolation, so a rounded approach always seems to get better results. Cranial osteopathy has further expanded my scope of practice, and I feel I am continually learning from my clients, whatever their age.

It is important to me that my clients feel listened to, and I will always explain what I intend to do prior to commencing treatment.
