Physiotherapist in Sudbury

Physiotherapy has been a passion for me since qualifying 30 years ago. Nothing gives me more pleasure than to help someone with their recovery and to enable their return to normal activity.
Working in private practice, gives me the opportunity to spend time with my patients, initially offering a thorough Assessment of the problem, discussion of the findings and planning treatment as required. We liase with the patients GP, Consulatant, or Insurance Company and deal with an administration regarding invoicing, reporting etc in a professional manner.
The IVESON Clinic has a number of highly experienced practitioners,

Our aim is to work with the patient, offering hands on treatment where appropriate, using Electrotherapy, Acupuncture and exercise to aid recovery, combined with imparting information to help the patient help themselves too.
We are registered with all leading Private Insurance Companies as well as accepting self-paying patients.

Background & Qualifications

I qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1984, after training at the Middlesex Hospital. Prior to this I had been a member of the British Gymnastics Team, and hence have remained particularly interested in Sports Injuries.
I worked in the NHS for several years before becoming the Head Physiotherapist at Springfiled Medical Centre in Chelmsford.

Following starting a family I then went on to setting up my own private practice. The IVESON Clinic was established in 2001 , and has grown over the past 14 years, to become an established and respected medical clinic in the area.
