Approach to Psychotherapy & How I Work

I work Psychodynamically, face to face with clients with an empathic and non-judgemental approach.

My theoretical focus is based on attachment theory and the impact of important interpersonal relationships.

I attend supervision and Professional Development training on a regular basis, throughout the year, as I believe expanding my knowledge and keeping up to date with current developments in Psychotherapy and mental and emotional health issues is important.

My consulting room is not located in a busy multi-use Psychotherapy centre. It is a private space which allows for clients to talk confidentially in the knowledge that their privacy and security are a priority.
