We may all experience psychological pain or turmoil at times - sometimes this may be transient, but sometimes these feelings may persist, and feel insurmountable. This is where counselling and psychotherapy can help.

You may feel like the same problems and relationship patterns keep repeating themselves, despite your best efforts to move on with your life.
You may not be quite able to define exactly what you are feeling, or your emotions might seem overwhelming, as if you cannot understand or control them.

Therapy offers you a safe, confidential place to talk about your life and anything that may be confusing, painful or uncomfortable. It allows you to talk with someone who is trained to listen attentively and to help you improve things.

I offer a safe environment in which to find your own path to a unique way of being, thinking and experiencing life.
