My Specialisms

My experience of mental health work is wide and I use the approach that best suits each individual. Some of my work is with people who simply wish to develop their personnel potential further by entering a theraputic relationship.

Approach to Psychotherapy & How I Work

The first stage of the work is often to look at specific problems and difficulties. A variety of approaches can be used to help with these. What is also key to the work is how we manage relationships including the relationship in therapy. We can begin to understand and be more positive and creative about our relationships and how we are in them . It may bring things into consciousness that can help us have more insight and understanding into the way we are with others and with ourselves.
As well as a healing and positive process it can be reflective and most importantly a creative space.
