I graduated with a Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Therapy in 2012
I am an Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) since 2017
In addition to my private practice, I have also worked as a therapist for a number of charities, the NHS, private healthcare, and an employee assistance programme. I have experience of working with a range of different clients with various presenting issues. I am currently working in the charity sector alongside running my private practice.
I offer both long term and short term counselling/therapy to individuals experiencing a wide range of issues. My experience and interests covers a number of areas:
• Depression and Anxiety
• Loss and Bereavement
• Surviving Abuse
• Trauma
• Relationship Difficulties
• Gender Related Issues
• Confidence and Self-esteem
• Life Changes
• Ethnicity, race and culture
I am an Integratively trained therapist. This means I am able to draw together the most useful parts of a range of therapeutic approaches, and be able to respond flexibly to the needs of different clients.
In working with me, you will not be judged for the choices you are making or have made in the past. However, if these choices are no longer working for you, we will guide you to find other ways of living your life and in freeing yourself from dysfunctional and painful ways of seeing yourself.
