My name is Jenny and I am a qualified counsellor.

I see people struggling with a range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, OCD, panic disorder, relationship issues, phobias and low-esteem. I also help couples who find themselves striving to mend their relationships.
My training has included different approaches such as Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis. This means that I am able to tailor the therapy sessions to suit each client depending on the issues brought to the sessions.
I offer a safe and secure environment where, together we can explore your thoughts and feelings in a confidential and non-judgemental manner.
I can give you the skills to cope with challenging situations in everyday life, allowing you to have the life you want and deserve by building on your strengths and qualities.

I offer online counselling if you prefer to be comfortable in your own home, via Skype.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by their code of ethics.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
I trained as a counselling for 4 years and, as a requirement of being a member of the BACP, this training continues. My qualifications are

BSc (Hons) Psychology

Approach to Psychotherapy & How I Work

My approach is integrative which means I tailor my sessions to suit each client and issue. I use a mix of Person Centred, CBT and Transactional Analysis. I believe this way I can help the most people in the most helpful way for them. Everyone has the ability to heal and I offer support to lead people to the solutions that they may be having trouble accessing.
