Psychotherapist in Buckhurst Hill

Sometimes, the thought of talking to a friend or loved-one about our problems makes us feel like a burden. Sometimes, there just isn't someone to talk to that we feel will understand, or care about, what we're going through. That's where I come in. With me, you will have the opportunity to unpack the overwhelming and stressful thoughts and feelings in your brain. Together we can untangle these emotions by exploring how your thoughts and feelings are affecting your behaviours, reactions and life choices. As a result, you get these powerful and enlightening lightbulb moments which are also known as aha moments. These aha moments will show you how your experiences and choices have brought you to where you are now. This new clarity will allow you to make the choices and changes enabling you to better cope with life's challenges, and flourish. I work with young people aged over 13, and adults. I have experience with neurodiversity and Couples Therapy
