My name is Janice Smith. I have been interested in holistic remedies for a long time and after starting a family I decided to change career paths and train initially as a Reflexologist. I qualified in 2006 as a member of the AOR (Association of Reflexologists) The AOR is the largest and most respected UK reflexology organisation, and has a strict code for its members to follow. I subsequently trained in Indian Head Massage, qualifying and becoming a member of VTCT a couple of years later. For over 14 years I have been offering both treatments to clients. For 5 years I was a volunteer therapist at St Giles Hospice, providing fortnightly treatments to patients and carers. I have also gained a level 3 diploma in principals of end of life care, and Level 2 diplomas in both understanding mental health conditions, and understanding autism.

Approach to Reflexology & How I Work

At your first treatment you will complete a consultation form and lifestyle questionnaire, and have the opportunity to ask questions regarding the treatment. Treatments are carried out in an holistic way and you should find both reflexology and Indian head massage to be very relaxing. I will note down anything I find during the treatment and let you know at the end.

Additional Rate Information

Concession rate of £23 for Reflexology for under 18's and over 65 year olds. if you are a member of Paycare, BHSF or some other health schemes I can give you a receipt and you should be able to claim back the cost of reflexology up to your annual limit. Professionally printed gift vouchers are available for each treatment.
