I have run my own Retreat in Brittany, France for 12 years. I have now relocated back to Seaton, East Devon where I have my own Holistic Wellbeing Centre overlooking the sea. I am a professional Tarot Card reader and worked for Psychic TV as well as attending fairs and regular readings over skype or face-to-face. I also offer aromatherapy massage, restorative massage, hot stone massage, indian head massage, Reiki and Psychic Healing, NLP (Neurolinquistic Programming), experienced Life Coach, Counselling, and meditation teacher. I will also offer Hatha, Chair and Yin Yoga, Face Yoga and 1-2-1 yoga sessions.

I am proactive in enabling people to reach their full potential through life-coachig, either through relaxation with meditation, enabling the body to assist to heal itself through Reiki, or with a relaxing Aromatherapy Massage.
