Reflexologist in London

Reflexology treats the mind, body and soul in unison believing the three to be intrisincally linked - if one part suffers then the other parts suffer too. Heal one and the rest will follow...

As a holistic Reflexologist I too believe in treating the whole person to enable the body to heal itself.

During my years of practise I have successfully treated clients, both young and old, with a variety conditions, many of which were stress-related.

The non-invasive nature of Reflexology is particularly suited to alleviating the tensions held by many in their mind and also their body. It is an entirely safe form of relaxation and can help to relieve the following symptoms:

Insomnia
Stress and anxiety
Migraine and headaches
Hormonal issues - menopausal & menstrual symptoms
Joint aches and pains
Stomach disorders - IBS

Through Reflexology I aim to bring the benefit of calm into your life and enhance your sense of inner strength both physically and mentally.

With this in mind, I am based at The West London Buddhist Centre, London W2 5DP every Tuesday from 5 pm - 9 pm and on Thursdays from 11 am - 5 pm

I look forward to seeing you there...

Background & Qualifications

I am a fully insured, ITEC Level 3 qualified Reflexologist, a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) and am CNHC registered.

I trained in the Eunice Ingham Method of Reflexology at the London College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), qualifying in 2011.

Wanting to expand my repertoire of holistic therapies, two years later, I qualified in Indian Head Massage also at CNM.

I am passionate about my work and regularly attend new and refresher courses on a variety of subjects...

I am currently studying Five Elements Reflexology at The Complementary Therapy College in Bath and am a long standing First Aider.

My Specialisms

Trauma and mental health issues

As a member of the Healing Hands Network (HHN) I have spent the last eighteen months working with veterans suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

My HHN work has been and still is immensely rewarding. More than that, it has given me a particular insight into mental health issues that span across all age groups.

To complement my work, I recently completed an NVQ Level 2 in Mental Health Awareness as well as a previous Mental Health First Aid for the Armed Forces Community Course.

Approach to Therapy & How I Work

I have a holistic approach and tailor my treatments according to your wishes.

Each and every individual has a different need - some crave stillness and calm during a treatment whilst others wish to talk. I work intuitively and with an empathetic touch as I aim to nourish the mind, body and soul and enable one to "Find Your Feet" in the world.

The session usually lasts one hour, although an initial treatment may take longer to allow for an in depth consultation before the treatment begins.
